Pu'erh tea, rooibos, orange & vanilla.

Stress and worry can often lead to over-exhaustion and lethargy. Along with a busy life and other people to constantly consider, it is important to allow yourself some ‘me’ time to relax and breathe.

Orange peel, Rooibos (or redbush as it is also known) and vanilla are all aromatic and calming herbs, soothing hyperactivity and helping the mind and body to slowly unwind.

The coupling of the nutrient-rich rooibos and the grounding and nourishing Pu-erh tea creates a wonderfully earthy blend that should have your mind and body fuelled and rested in no time.

Weight 100g

Comes in a biodegradable resealable pouch.

Occasionally people may find they have a mild reaction to certain herbs. Also it is good to advise avoiding therapeutic doses of any herb during pregnancy.

    Physical Health Benefits

Tea comes from one plant, the Cameliia Sinensis. In China, they have developed processing methods to create 5 different categories of tea - white, green, oolong, black and pu-erh, they contain numerous ingredients essential to our health- from vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and amino acids.

Classed as ‘tonics’, with regular drinking they increase the efficiency of our innate healing system, imparting strength, energy, endurance, and mental clarity, helping raise our general levels of health.

    Emotional Health Benefits

Tea contain a unique amino acid called L-Theanine that helps regulate production of mood-enhancing neurotransmitters - most notably serotonin and dopamine, promoting our soothing alpha brainwave state and a sense of calm wakefulness.

This action on our brain chemistry activates both brain hemispheres simultaneously, so that our brain is able to function more efficiently and optimally. Many meditation practices encourage this same effect.

Scientists call this "whole brain synchronization” and it centers and stills us, something the wise monks who first cultivated tea in their monasteries knew instinctively.

    High Vibrational Teas

As the spirit medicine of choice for monks and mystics as well as the daily drink for many cultures across the world, tea has always been believed to play a significant role in bridging the gap between the magical and the mundane. The teas arrive to us expressing a very high vibration (we use the power vs force scale) and contain the pure energy of the mountains and earth where they grow. This energy is held strong through the reverence and care in crafting these teas, all by hand and we cleanse and honour them as they arrive to us.

Regularly consuming such high vibrational tea offers us a constant source of life force energy or Chi, something that is constantly depleted through all the many stresses of life, whether physical, environmental, emotional or spiritual. It is why such teas have always been considered both tonics for the body and tools to support the enlightenment journey.
